The people who are exempt from paying include: - Who are 50 and over - Have certain health conditions e.g. asthma, diabetes etc. - Are pregnant - Are in long stay residential care - Front line health or social care workers - Receive a carers allowance - Live with someone who's at high risk from coronavirus
